IMPACT – We just want to do something!
IMPACT was born from the idea that we wanted to do good and not only talk about it.
An enterprise following a wholistic social approach – and is good fun running and supporting. Said, done. Since none of the people involved had the skills to save the world all by themselves, it was pretty clear that the only way was to raise money to support reasonable projects. The company was meant to work within existing market rules (“fund raising alone would be too easy”), and raise money which could be donated for charitable social investments … and after all it was supposed to be fun.
This is how the IMPACT project was established in 2007, active roughly since end of 2008. We combine Schwabian (google for explanation) efficiency and innovation spirit with Berlinerish creativity, we are sort of located in Stuttgart and Berlin. The result is a fashion label that is aware that social responsibility should reach out through the whole lifecycle: from production, to raw eco materials to using the financial benefit for the benefit of all.
