Your order
Do not hesitate to enjoy cruising our website. Be inspired by our offers and shirts, shop til you drop and have fun looking forward to the delivery. It’s as easy as that: surf the website and order online; we accept your orders 365 days a year, around the clock – thank you for shopping at IMPACT and making the world a little better.
If there should by mistakes on our website, which we duly try to avoid, we are not able to cover these.
Delivery
We do not want to make you wait longer than possible and try our best to send your order within a few days. If delivery should be possible for a longer time, we will inform you via email.
If you should not like the items you ordered, just send them back within 14 days after receiving. In order to comply with this 14 day period, sending it within this period is good enough. If you cannot send it back, please inform us that you would like to give it back – please inform us via postal or e-mail. If anything should be wrong with the items you received, please inform us and we’ll send you new items immediately.
Payment
Please pay immediately after receiving your order via invoice or per cash on delivery.
Please pay immediately without any deductions.
Pricing
All prices in this internet shop contain the legal value added tax relevant in Germany. All prices refer to the respective item as seen on the pictures, not on any potential decoration. The prices are valid until they are changed on the IMPACT website shop. We deliver per invoice; if necessary also via cash on delivery.
Payment schemes
Transfer: Please use the transfer slip coming with your delivery.
Cash on delivery: If you choose to pay via cash on delivery, extra costs will occur.
Delivery costs
We charge a lump sum of 6,90 EUR for delivery within Germany. For deliveries to EU countries outside Germany, we charge 10.00 EUR. If you should order IMPACT gift vouchers, we will not charge delivery costs.
Your wish will be fulfilled as soon as possible.
Normally, we will deliver within five working days plus shipping time. No commercial reselling is allowed without written permission by IMPACT Wear.
Delivery to EU countries outside Germany
We deliver to EU countries outside Germany. However we have to charge a lump sum of 10.00 EUR. Unfortunately, we cannot offer 24hrs-delivery.
If you don’t like it – give it back. It’s your right.
You should be happy with the items you ordered from the IMPACT store. If you don’t like it, you can send it back within 14 days of delivery and we will reimburse you. If you can not send it, please let us know that you’d like to give it back by sending a respective message by postal mail or email to

In case of deteriorating value of our items due to failures, please contact us and we will reimburse you or send you 100% error-free items.
Guarantee
We do control our items as intensely as possible – and yet we can not guarantee that errors might occur with the garments we sell. In these cases we guarantee for a period of two years starting with the purchase that we will repair the items ordered or re-deliver new items respectively; both for free. If this should fail, we will reimburse your purchase. All delivered items remain property of IMPACT Wear until fully paid.
Data Security
We use our customers’ data in order to ensure smooth order, purchase and delivery and to keep you informed about the IMPACT activities. We might only pass on your address information if the recipient can offer you information that is value added to you and if you can stop that use of your information at any time.
